Ways to make a payment
Crescent Auto Finance offers several options for making your Auto Loan payment. See all of the options below.

Set up Auto Pay to simplify your payment process and ensure you never miss a due date. By enrolling in Auto Pay, your payments will be scheduled to go out automatically from your bank account or debit card, helping you avoid the hassle of remembering due dates and preventing additional interest or late fees from accruing. To get started, log into your account or enroll online.
You can also call 1-866-208-8288 to speak with an agent to set up recurring payments Monday to Friday, 7 am - 8 pm CT, Saturday 7 am - 1 pm CT.
Alternatively, you can download a Recurring Payment Authorization Form and send it to us.

Crescent Auto Finance does not charge a processing fee for these services.
