Ways to make a payment

Crescent Auto Finance offers several options for making your Auto Loan payment. See all of the options below.

  • Set up Auto Pay to simplify your payment process and ensure you never miss a due date. By enrolling in Auto Pay, your payments will be scheduled to go out automatically from your bank account or debit card, helping you avoid the hassle of remembering due dates and preventing additional interest or late fees from accruing. To get started, login into your account or enroll online.

    You can also call 1-866-208-8288 to speak with an agent to set up recurring payments Monday to Friday, 7 am - 8 pm CT, Saturday 7 am - 1 pm CT.

    Alternatively, you can download a Recurring Payment Authorization Form and send it to us.

  • Log in to Pay online. Don't have an online account? Click here to enroll. If you prefer not to login, make a one-time online Payment here. You will need a checking account or a debit card.

    Crescent Auto Finance does not charge a processing fee for these services.

  • You can call 1-866-208-8288 to make a payment automatically through our phone system, or choose to speak directly to an agent to make, schedule, or modify a payment.

    Agents are available Monday to Friday 7 am-8 pm CT, Saturday 7 am-1 pm CT.

    Please be sure to include your name and 17-digit account number found on your Welcome Letter or on the top right-hand corner of your monthly statement on your payment.

    Crescent Auto Finance does not charge a processing fee for this service.

  • Convenience stores, gas stations and shops throughout the country accept Western Union payments.

    If paying cash, bring enough money to cover the Western Union fee in addition to your payment.

    You will need to give the clerk the following information:

    • Quick Collect City Code: CRESCENT LA

    • Your 17-digit Account Number found on your Welcome Letter or on the top right-hand corner of your monthly statement

  • Convenience stores, gas stations and shops throughout the country accept MoneyGram payments.

    If paying cash, bring enough money to cover the MoneyGram fee in addition to your payment. You will need to give the clerk the following information:

    • Company Name: Crescent Bank

    • Your 17-digit Account Number found on your Welcome Letter or on the right-hand corner of your monthly statement

    • Receive Code: 2398
